Beacon Development Group brings expertise, commitment, and passion to advocating for and successfully developing quality affordable housing throughout Washington State.

We provide our clients with a broad range of consulting services including project management, financing, and construction oversight to support the goal of building healthy families and communities.


Our Clients
Beacon is committed to working with organizations that serve low and moderate income households (individuals and families at or below 60% median income). Beacon also engages in market rate development to the degree that it builds organizational capacity, creates income diversity in neighborhoods or is part of a mixed-income project.

Since opening in 1999, Beacon Development Group has developed 2450 units of affordable housing in 62 projects valued at over $385 million. These projects are located in 30 cities throughout the state and showcase a wide diversity in type, size, and age of building and include:
