|Beacon was founded in 1999 to provide development, consulting, and planning services to non-profit, public, and faith-based organizations dedicated to building affordable housing and healthy communities.|
During the last eleven years, 2084 units of affordable housing have been completed with a total project cost of over $285 million. Currently, Beacon has 256 units under construction, another 148 units fully funded and ready for construction, with 230 units in development.

Since 1999 Beacon has been a leading author of successful Low Income Housing Tax Credit applications. We have secured more tax credits on behalf of clients than any other developer in the state of Washington.
Beacon works with multiple tax credit investors including: Homestead Capital, ESIC, Alliant Capital and National Equity Fund.
