Constructed on a five acre lot in the Guide
Meridian Neighborhood of northwest Bellingham, the project consists
of eight separate buildings with a mixture of townhouses and flats.
Two, three and four bedroom units range in size from 900 to 1,200
sq. feet. The project also includes a 1,500 sq. foot community center
with manager’s office, computer room and two meeting rooms.
At the north end of the property there is a play area for children
and a basketball court.
The project provides 50 family-sized apartments for agricultural
workers and their families with incomes at or below 45% of AMI and
one resident manager. Ten units have been set aside for persons
with disabilities and ten units have been set aside for persons
that were formerly homeless.
