Villa Santa Maria
Villa Santa Maria provides 44 town house style apartments for agricultural workers and families in Grant County with incomes at or below 40% and 50% AMI. The development also contains a community center with computer room, a meeting room and an outdoor play area.


Project Description: Villa Santa Maria is spread over 6.5 acres bordering rich agricultural land and the town of Mattawa. There are 18 separate buildings designed around two large green spaces. Unit size ranges from 856 to 1,386 square feet. The project includes a 1,800 square foot community center with manager’s office, resident computer room and a large meeting room for community events. There are also two play areas adjacent to the community center.

Residents Served: Villa Santa Maria provides 44 family-sized town home style apartments for agricultural workers and their families, plus one unit for a resident manager. 22 units are available for at or below 40% AMI and the balance of the units are available for families at or below 50% AMI. Ten units have been set aside for large households.
