La Casa de San Juan Diego comprises eight separate residential buildings, each with a mixture of townhouses and flats. There are 50 units ranging in size from 673 to 1359 sq. feet with one to four bedrooms. There is also one unit for a fulltime, on-site property manager. Residents share access to a community room, office space, and a children’s playground.
The project provides 50 family-sized apartments for agricultural workers and their families, plus one unit for an on-site resident manager. Thirty-eight of the units are reserved for families with incomes at or below 40% AMI, while twelve units are available for families with incomes of up to 50% AMI.
