Project Description: New construction of a two-story, fully handicapped accessible building with a full basement. Each floor is configured with six bedrooms, two baths, and a common kitchen / dining / living area. The building contains a three-stop elevator and laundry facilities in the basement. The building is located next door to ElderHealth’s South Branch adult day center.

Residents Served: This project provides 12 units of housing and 24-hour care for low-income tenants living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Nine of the units serve residents with incomes of up to 30% of the median income, and three units are for tenants with incomes up to 50% of median income. Operating revenues for care, services, and housing are provided for qualified tenants through the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) and Providence Hospital’s Program for All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
