Project Description: Buena Nueva consists of 25 units of permanent housing for low-income agricultural worker families, 10 units of housing for migrant agricultural workers, one resident manager's unit, and a community/tenant services facility. The project is located on the site of a former migrant farmworker camp, a 5-acre property within the unincorporated community of Buena, Washington in Yakima County. The project includes 12 two-bedroom units, 19 three-bedroom units, 4 four-bedroom units, and 1 five-bedroom unit.

Residents Served: Agricultural worker families. Sixty percent of the units are reserved for households earning 40% or less of the area median income (AMI); 40% are available to households earning up to 50% of AMI.
