The project’s 40 studio and one-bedroom units of low income housing include eight units that are set aside for disabled tenants and eight units for families transitioning out of homelessness. The Opportunity Council provides comprehensive case management services for the tenants transitioning out of homelessness. The on-site manager provides all tenants with referrals to services and helps tenants access these resources in the community. |
