Rosehaven Cottages

New Construction of 25 cottages for low-income elderly individuals and small families in Walla Walla, WA.

Project Description: The Rosehaven Cottages create a new small neighborhood of modest homes arranged along a winding drive. Each cottage is unique but compatible with the others in its design. The development consists of twelve duplexes and one single-family home, and all are fully accessible. 19 of the units are one-bedroom and six are two-bedroom units. Residents Served: Rosehaven Cottages serve low-income elderly persons. Five units are set aside for disabled residents, and three units are set aside for the homeless. 40% of the units are reserved for households earning less than 30% of the area median income; 50% are available to household with incomes up to 50% of the area median income, and 10% are available to households up to 60% the area median.
