Project Description:
Villa San Martin provides safe, community-oriented, affordable housing to agricultural workers and their families in Cowlitz County, WA. The project consists of five town home style buildings situated around one community building, with ample open space and multiple play areas for children. There are a total of twenty-six units – 2 one-bedrooms, 12 two-bedrooms, 11 three-bedrooms and 1 four-bedroom. One unit is set aside for an on-site resident manager. Units range in size from 831 to
1369 square feet.

Residents Served: Agricultural workers and their families. Thirteen units are set aside for households earning below 40% of the area median income (AMI). Twelve of the units are targeted to households earning less than 50% of AMI.
